Mr. Kolody is a Project Manager and geographic information systems (GIS) specialist with over 13 years of experience in GIS project management, spatial analysis, cartography, mapping grade Global Positioning Systems (GPS) surveying, and analytical data management. He employs an innovative and resourceful approach to execute projects successfully, manage diverse teams, and communicate technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
