Joe Kochendarfer is a Regional Technical Manager for Pictometry in PA, NJ, DE, MD, DC and VA. Joe has worked for Pictometry for over 4 years and switched to his current position from Pictometry’s Federal sector in April of 2015. Prior to Pictometry, Joe spent eight years as a contractor supporting various military geospatial programs. Joe has a B.S. in Geography/GIS from The Pennsylvania State University and has his GISP certification.
