Rachel Weeden is the Mid-Atlantic Regional Manager at Esri, a role where she combines her interests in geography, applied technology and improving government services. Prior to Esri, she worked for the City of Philadelphia and Chester County PA as a GIS Specialist, a career path introduced to her as a Geography undergraduate at Penn State University.
