Roger has been with USGS over 40 years and is active in state coordinating bodies in New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware, DC, and throughout the Chesapeake Bay Watershed. Roger chairs the New Jersey Elevation Task Force and the Maryland Elevation Work Group. Roger is also the Federal coordinator for hydrography stewardship in the previously mentioned jurisdictions.
